鳳山首個豪宅案　房價將創區域新高

【陳建宇／高雄報導】高雄市鳳山區在縣市合併後成為高雄房市熱區，近年大樓推案多集中在文山特區周邊或華鳳重劃區，而永信建設位於新富路、大明路口的新案則是少數位於舊市區的新大樓，目前規劃80~90坪大坪數產品，由於地段條件佳，專家預估每坪25~30萬元，有機會創鳳山房價新高。

永信建設新富路案預計2014年底進場，暫定規劃80~90坪的大坪數產品，且基地隔新富路面對新甲國小、鳳甲國中及鳳新高中3校合1學區，低樓層即有衛武營都會公園景觀，區段條件佳，高雄市市調協會理事長林政良表示，該案預估開價將落在每坪25~30萬元。
