佔中發起人：願承受法律責任

（中央社記者張謙香港18日電）香港「占中」運動已持續21天，發起人之一的陳健民今天說，占領行動結束後，將會主動承受法律責任，等待警方拘捕或自首。

陳健民向香港電子媒體說，發起占領行動的目的並非要衝擊法治，而是要引起市民關注，讓市民理解民主對香港長遠管治很重要。

但他承認，占領行為觸犯法律。因此，待占領行動結束後，他會主動承受法律責任，等待警方拘捕或自首。

此外，陳健民今天也在報章撰文，表達了同一立場。

他說，觸犯法律是希望引起社會理解民主對香港長遠管治的重要性，又說公民抗命引起一定的干擾性才能引起政府及社會各界關注。

陳健民為中文大學副教授，他與香港大學學者戴耀廷和牧師朱耀明發起「占中」運動。1031018
