請問面試時人資都會要求你填寫期待薪資 不知道大家都會先做功課嗎? 假如是大公司的話，很容易在網路上找到薪資的range 不是那麼大的公司，這方面資訊似乎比較缺乏 之前面試幾間幾乎都是我開多少，資方都是接受，最後核出來的薪資減掉2~3K 那時候都會想說怎麼不多開高一點看看..@@ 但也是有遇過資方在面試過程根本都沒提到薪資的部分，也就代表你不是他們要的人了.. 不知道板友有在開薪資上很有經驗的嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.253.164.137
