最低股票面額限制 曾銘宗：年底前放寬

中小企業總會建言，要政府研議放寬最低股票面額的限制，金管會主委曾銘宗回應，此案金管會已在研議中，預計將於12月底以前完成修正法規，送出金管會大門，未來股票面額將無下限。

下午行政院長江宜樺與中小企業茶敘，中小企業建言，針對股票面額最低限制的法規，會讓企業在初創時期的組織型態選擇上，承受運作困擾，建議政府應考量「如何創造更大的彈性空間」拚經濟，而非為了「防弊」侷限企業經營發展，所以建議取消股票最低面額10元的限制。

曾銘宗表示，放寬最低股票面額限制，涉及到很多法令，需要時間修改，金管會已經委外研究過，曾銘宗當場向中小企業允諾，金管會將於12月底以前完成修正法規，未來股票面額將無下限。

曾銘宗認為，放寬股票面額，可鼓勵一些創投的業者更有彈性，有一些新創的產業彈性更大。
