民眾遺失iphone手機 員警積極聯絡失主

警方只要多點熱情加上耐心，就能讓民眾感受到溫暖。台北市保大員警，日前受理民眾拾獲的iphone高價手機，員警為了儘速找到手機主人，先用這支手機撥打110，得知手機登錄號碼，再透過電信業者通知對方，心急如焚的失主收到訊息，馬上到警局領回心愛的手機。

台北市保安警察大隊第四中隊陳姓小隊長日前值勤，有民眾在西門町撿到的iphone手機送到值班台，陳姓小隊長除了依相關程序的規定處理，也積極聯絡失主。處理員警為了得知手機號碼，利用遺失手機撥打110，取得號碼之後再請求行動電話業者協助，由業者透過登錄的個資通知失主。由於iphone手機並不便宜，掉手機的民眾心急如焚，因此，在得知找到了，破涕為笑趕往警局將心愛手機的領回。

雖然員警在受理報案後，時常被批評偵辦消極，不過，還是有熱情耐心的員警，讓民眾感受到警方為民服務的精神和態度。
