報復分手女友 前男友張貼不雅照挨告

高雄一名徐姓男子對分手女友展開報復，這名男子新設臉書帳號，貼上前女友以及截取自色情網站的不雅照片，並刊登不雅字眼來羞辱前女友。警方調查後，將徐姓男子依恐嚇、妨害名譽及妨害秘密罪嫌送辦。

徐姓男子和前女友是因為雙方家長反對而分手，徐姓男子想復合但被拒絕，於是氣憤報復。嫌犯先是傳了訊息給前女友說是「我一定要毀了你」，被害人求助對方母親，但徐姓男子惱羞成怒，變本加厲表示「只要你再一次去找我媽、我會把照片寄出去」。隔不久，張姓女子就發現有臉書帳號使用自已的相片，而且還多了不雅照片和文字敘述，報警提告。

嫌犯到案表示懊悔。
