Pro 3銷售疲軟 傳微軟考慮終止Surface平板業務

電腦產業上游供應鏈消息透露，美國科技大廠微軟 (Microsoft)((US-MSFT)) 由於推出的最新 Surface Pro 3 平板電腦銷售持續疲軟，出貨表現一直遠不如預期，因此據傳正計畫停止這條產線。

台灣《Digitimes (電子時報)》本月 9 日引述消息人士報導，微軟推出的第一代及第二代 Surface 平板電腦，估計造成公司總額 17 億美元的虧損。

而有鑒於大尺寸智慧手機持續衝擊平板電腦需求，Surface Pro 3 的銷售還有多少成長空間令人擔憂。

消息人士預估，Surface Pro 3 銷量很可能不會超過 100 萬台，加上微軟也並非很積極研發下一代 Surface 平板，因此推測微軟很可能將終結系列產品。
