大學師彈性薪資 學者稱太少

教育部推動大學教師彈性薪資方案，公布統計顯示，99至101學年度每年投入13.5億元，幫2萬5786名大學教師提供「彈性薪資」，其中624人是新聘教師、僅占2.4%，例如台大從國外挖角15名學者。

但人才培育白皮書計畫辦公室執行長、清大講座教授彭宗平指出，彈薪方案頂多提供過去兩倍的薪資，相對於香港、新加坡、中國動輒給到台灣的4、5倍甚至10倍薪資，相差還是很遠，且彈薪方案一次最多只給3年，其實不容易在國際搶人才大戰中勝出。
