把狗當拖把po網　飼主囂張嗆不刪除

【方翊倩／綜合報導】一名網友將飼養的臘腸狗當拖把般在地上來回拖拉，還拍下影片貼上網，有愛狗網友看不過去，肉搜出飼主住在新竹，打算向當地動物防疫單位檢舉。

《蘋果》報導，台灣動物緊急救援小組昨接獲網友投訴，指一名邱姓網友，自拍一段長達五十秒的影片（http://ppt.cc/llIv），一隻白色小型臘腸犬被躺壓在地板上，飼主把牠當拖把及抹布一般來回擦地，還邊玩小狗邊配音：「幫你拖地好不好？」「牠真的很喜歡啊！」「來！拖乾淨一點！」影片中傳來陣陣笑聲。愛狗網友看不過去，要求貼文者刪除影片，飼主竟回嗆「個人覺得沒有刪除的必要」，但昨晚影片已無法連結。

高雄市動保處說，飼主與動物玩耍，應無故意要虐待寵物，但若玩過頭造成動物受傷，可處一萬五千到七萬五千元罰鍰。
