疑檔車害違規　檢舉達人被批「卑鄙陷害」

【方翊倩／綜合報導】中市謝姓駕駛日前欲搶黃燈穿越路口，疑遭檢舉達人惡意堵車，害他卡在機車停等區，遭對方拍照檢舉罰九百元，謝男認為對方「以卑鄙手段陷害」，要他「踹共」。

《蘋果》報導，謝男投訴，八月十七日開車經過中市美村路一段、五權街口，打算搶黃燈過馬路，原本停在右前方路旁的黑色轎車突衝出擋住去路，然後搶黃燈左轉，害他的車卡在機車停等區，黑車左轉後繞了一圈，又開回對向車道離開。上月他收到罰單及舉發照片，看到照片拍攝角度，研判黑車駕駛「設計」他違規且蒐證。

警方證實，提供違規照片的黃姓男子是檢舉達人，平均一周貢獻三十件違規，其中多為佔用機車停等區。檢舉人透過警方否認違規蒐證，強調基於正義感才舉發，也沒領獎金，必要時願提供完整行車記錄器畫面。
