防土石流　南迴鐵路明年2月建置監控系統

【李姿慧／台北報導】菲特襲台，交通部長葉匡時今視察南迴鐵道，要求明年2月底前完成邊坡預警系統。台鐵也推視雨量採預警性停駛措施。

8月底因受連日豪雨影響，台鐵自強號在南迴線撞上土石流。因菲特颱風襲台，葉匡時今下午從台東至枋寮視察台鐵南迴全線邊坡、隧道口等易坍滑高風險路段，葉匡時在視察後，要求台鐵局應儘速整治全線鐵路危險邊坡，建立完整防災預警系統並於明年2月底前完成監視器等初步成果，確保旅客生命財產安全。

台鐵表示，針對南迴線高風險路段，已研擬邊坡災害應變及監測系統建置計畫，短期內將以雨量監控作為列車慢行或停駛標準，若雨量過大將預警性停駛，維護旅客安全，目前短期預防性停駛警戒標準已訂定完成，未來中長期將建立完整防災體系為目標，從事前預測警戒、即時監測預警到邊坡整體改善，推廣至台鐵全線。
