【陳偉周／基隆報導】中颱菲特襲台，基隆外海驚見10公尺大浪！基隆市外木山海岸，今天早上10時許，出現強浪打上防波堤，激起10公尺高的浪花，相當驚人。

基隆市外木山安檢所表示，瞬間陣風達11級，稍早岸巡人員已前往勸離附近觀浪民眾；另外木山漁港，也停滿近50艘的避風漁船。
