菲特颱風襲台　台鐵、高鐵正常行駛

【李姿慧／台北報導】菲特颱風襲台，台鐵今上午評估最新風雨情況宣布，今天全天全線各級列車均正常行駛，平溪線自上午8時起也恢復正常行駛，阿里山森林鐵路照常行駛。另高鐵今全天也正常行駛。由於颱風屬天災不可抗力因素，雙鐵表示，班次延誤將不適用退費標準。
