「媽媽嘴」違建　後年才拆惹議

【林媛玲╱新北報導】八里媽媽嘴咖啡館因謝依涵殺害陳進福夫妻命案而暴紅，咖啡館假日湧進排隊人潮，但該店佔用行水區被列為違建，有民眾向市府抗議，指違建拖延不拆，疑圖利業者，市府表示已經排定在2015年拆除。
媽媽嘴老闆呂炳宏昨表示，違建是房東問題，他也無奈，已找淡水另開分店。

媽媽嘴咖啡館在今年5月重新開幕，每逢假日人潮湧現，甚至還需排隊買咖啡，民眾不滿向市府抗議，指媽媽嘴是典型違建，卻不見政府出面處理，公權力不彰。
媽媽嘴老闆呂炳宏說，重新開幕確實帶來人潮，但現在要進入冬天生意較差，違建是房東問題，「他深感無奈」，也希望能有解決辦法，現已在淡水另覓分店，未來將會逐步轉移經營重心。
