法務部查違法監聽　黃世銘密訊50分鐘快閃離去

法務部調查小組今（5）日晚間約談檢察總長黃世銘，偵訊將近50分鐘後避開媒體離去。黃世銘原訂明天偵訊，但由於颱風襲台，因而提前至今晚約談。

法務部濫權監聽調查小組5日下午二度約談特偵組長楊榮宗、檢察官鄭深元等人，針對特偵組聲請監聽0972立法院節費電話進行調查。

檢察總長黃世銘原本預計6日約談，但由於菲特颱風來襲，因而改在5日晚間偵訊，法務部不願進一步透露黃世銘偵訊內容，但11人調查小組將持續調查，釐清特偵組是否濫權監聽立法院。
