最新消息！藝人小S丈夫許雅鈞所涉及的胖達人內線交易案，台北地檢署檢方在2日兵分4路搜索約談後，在今（3）日凌晨被裁定以200萬元交保。

但現在有消息指出，董事長徐洵平經檢方曉以大義後，已坦承在「適當時間」釋出股票以「減少損失」，表示自己願繳交不法所得。對此，有法界人士指出，這其實就是形同認罪。
