5S零組件供應商曝光：博通、高通皆在列

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】iPhone 5S周五才剛開賣，科技產品專業維修商iFixit就迫不及待提供最新拆解報告，射頻元件供應商安華高（Avago）以及手機射頻模組供應商SKYWORKS等，都是主要零組件供應商。

其他零組件供應商，還包括南韓記憶體大廠SK海力士、功率放大器供應商TriQuint與觸控IC大廠博通（BROADCOM）。

村田製作所則提供WiFi模組，美國晶片大廠高通（QUALCOMM）與德州儀器（Texas Instruments，TI，德儀）也在晶片供應商之列，最新的指紋感應器晶片則是採用恩智浦（NXP）的產品。
