公廁痾不準　深圳擬罰款百元惹爭議

【綜合報導】深圳市政府公布，將於下月1日實施《深圳市公共廁所管理辦法》，規範民眾在公廁內不文明的行為。未來民眾若在公廁內亂塗亂畫、吸煙、吐痰及在蹲廁外便溺等，都將被罰款100元人民幣（約480元台幣）。民眾質疑，當局將會如何監督及執法，認為若不是故意尿歪弄污蹲廁是否也要罰？
 
另外，新法將市內的公共廁所分為市政、社會和協議公共廁所三大類，各有不同的開放時間，而公廁產權單位若擅自收費、停用或拆除公廁，最高將被罰款5萬元。
