苗檢再搜電視購物台查違法減重健康食品

苗栗地檢署檢察官指揮調查站和警方，前往台北和彰化，搜索一家電視購物台和台中市一家醫美公司，針對業者涉嫌違法廣告及販售減重產品進行追查。警調單位也查扣大批的「倍熱超纖飲」等產品，全案檢方仍將擴大偵辦。(彭清仁報導)

苗栗地檢署指出，這家電視購物台曾因廣告販售非法減重產品，經苗栗地檢署檢察官起訴，苗栗地方法院去年十月間並判處有罪。檢察官廖倪凰指揮苗栗調查站和警方，前往台北市內湖區這家電視購物台和台中市這家醫美中心，當場查扣672瓶「 burner倍熱超纖飲」減重產品。

苗檢發言人主任檢察官林李嘉表示，經查這家購物台和醫美中心合作販售的「burner倍熱超纖飲」，並未向行政院衛福部申請合法之健康食品許可證，無法確保確實具有減重功效或對人體安全無害。甚至今年五月間開始，擅自宣稱含有綠瑪黛等特殊營養素，而具有減重保健功效，還找明星代言，指稱狂瘦十公斤。檢方在偵查庭訊後，也證實目前這些產品已流通到市面上的藥妝店，檢方已要求業者全面回收。而相關人員經過漏夜訊問後，檢方以被告並無逃亡之虞，已予以請回。檢方也籲請民眾要減重，不要相信天花亂墜的廣告，必須選擇具有健康食品許可證，也就是小綠人標章減重產品，或有醫師開立之合法處方，才能安全服用。
