小弟不才，今年26歲，剛從太陽能產業逃出來，最近開始瘋狂面試，面試了很多不同類型 的公司，半導體、面板、LED光電、PCB應用、能源產業(非太陽能)等等都有，但想請版友 撇開產業迷思(過去背景.產業前景)。 下列四種請您做出一個選擇，並簡單地告訴我，為何選擇好嗎? 1.以季到年不等時間，至台灣各地或亞洲國家派駐的公司。 2.除了部門內部工作達成及管理，還需handle各部門單位協調的公司。 3.未來有發展潛力，需從基層做，但表明職位就是栽培成幹部的公司。 4.薪水/時間比至上的公司(a可能薪優時間正常、b也可能是加班後薪水多) 以上公司都有一定企業水準，不是還在掙扎不明朗的公司。 且自認為現在是人生最重要關卡，也自知專業技能不足，絕對無法立足，走了這麼一遭， 發現還是很多老闆肯給機會，職務內容很好猜，我自身也不設限，選了就是WORK HARD。 補充.小弟公立後段大學畢業，沒升學打算，也沒想去打工旅遊。 -- 公視某片片段 以前念書的時候師長們總是會告訴你，什麼是對的，什麼是錯的。 而出了社會以後，卻永遠也沒有人會去告訴你，什麼是對的，什麼是錯的。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.228.219
