甜蜜學位 英大學招巧克力博士

（中央社倫敦17日綜合外電報導）英國劍橋大學（Cambridge University）正在招收「巧克力博士」研究生，這可能是全球最甜蜜的學位，希望吸引博士生研究巧克力基礎原料，讓巧克力不會在常溫中快速融化。

美聯社報導，根據職務描述，這項研究目標是為了找出方法，讓巧克力製成的食品在常溫中仍不融你手。

在略低於人體體溫的攝氏34度上下，即便是品質最好的巧克力，也會開始變軟，因此，這項研究是一項巨大的挑戰。

倘若找出解決之道，可能會替全球前10大巧克力供應商帶來更豐厚的收益；2013年全球巧克力銷售額超過850億美元。
