標題[建議] 出爾反爾的老闆，我該怎麼辦

這份工作算是得來不易 是在一個英文留學補習班當助理 薪水給31k~,又是我喜歡的工作內容，所以我很積極爭取 老闆收了近百份履歷，面試了20~30人，入取了四個人。 入取後他說有試用的條件，兩個月後只會留下1~2人 這兩個月間1個人不適應走了，1個人決定轉為PT，後來他前天說要留我也跟另1人說請他做到下禮拜。 後來他今天又跟我說，他親戚的小孩缺工作想要這份工作，可能會要我走 我還蠻傻眼，覺得自己爭取、努力都白費了 他說會先跟那個親戚談談，過幾天再給我答案 我回答他：那你要我怎麼面對這個工作？我還該繼續研究編輯教材嗎？我該開始找下個工作嗎？因為我可能過沒多久就要失業 他沈默一下說：下禮拜給你答案 請問我該怎麼面對這件事？ 動之以情？說之以理？憤然離去？可是這個時間工作很難找，我又有經濟壓力 還是被動等他答案？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.244.54.99
