桃檢勘屋頂網路線路　環境潮濕致電力不穩

【綜合報導】桃園地檢署今天公布陸軍269旅監視器黑畫面，因電力中斷致黑畫面，非人為因素；桃園地檢署襄閱主任檢察官戴文亮說，桃檢赴現場勘察時，當時攀上屋頂發現該環境潮濕，線路裸露致網路光纖轉換器電力供應不穩。
