滅證偵結！無人為刪除　洪姊「絕望無言」

禁閉室監視器畫面，消失的102分鐘，桃檢偵結，確定只是單純斷電，造成檔案遺失，沒有人為蓄意刪除，但當初家屬看監視器，發現禁閉室16支監視器畫面陸續變黑，質疑有人動手腳，桃檢解釋，監視器畫面每128M為一個檔案，但錄影時間長短，隨著影像動態跟解晰不同，錄影時間長短也不同。

桃園地檢署襄閱戴文亮：「(檔案)空白的這個地方，家屬看到的是黑畫面，他們就希望能看到這塊地方黑畫面的原始檔案，但整個原始檔案，根本沒有存成檔名，也沒有存檔、資料滅失，根本沒有檔案可以看，也沒有檔案可以試圖還原，那整個誤會，就造成家屬誤會。」

桃檢說，影像消失當天，在下午2點後，檔案儲存到一半突然斷電，檔案也跟著全部消失，3點42分復電，才會有畫面陸續消失，但同時恢復畫面，造成家屬誤會。

洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸：「走到這一走，可能也已經絕望了啦。」

熱心的小朋友，為洪家人加油送上溫暖，但軍檢、桃檢陸續偵結，拼湊出洪仲丘枉死的真相了嗎？看在家屬眼裡，只有無言與絕望。
