軍方高層放話 立委要求徹查

【何哲欣／台北報導】多家平面媒體今天報導，國防部高層人士透露，洪案仍有疑點還待釐清，合理懷疑「542旅有人『特別交代』要好好照顧洪仲丘」。不過軍高檢今天上午公佈起訴報告，卻無相關說明。綠委管碧玲下午在立法院質詢說，起訴結果只有戒護士被判重罪，社會無法接受，沒有人會相信軍高檢，會相信軍中某正義高層的爆料。

藍委丁守中稍後質詢也說，這則新聞，四大報都有報導，軍檢署應該馬上查，這位軍方高層是誰？徹查清楚。但列席備詢的國防部法律事務司長周志仁說，無法干預檢方辦案，但相信他們看到報紙後，就會去查。
