美司法部長向小史喊話：我們不會凌虐你

【綜合報導】落難俄國機場的「深喉嚨」史諾登還在忙著向俄國申請庇護，美國司法部長霍爾德（Eric Holder）本週致函俄國司法部長柯諾瓦洛夫，保證小史若被譴責回國，美方絕對不會判他死刑、也不會對其刑求。
 
路透報導，外界懷疑如果俄國把小史交給美方，這位爆料男的下場可能會相當悽慘。但霍爾德在這封7月23日發出的信函中強調，史諾登如果回國，將會享有美國司法體系的一切保障。
