快訊／542旅長沈威志列被告　30萬交保

陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案進入第25天，軍檢署在今（28）日將涉案的542旅旅長沈威志少將，改列被告；經偵訊後，在下午6點鐘左右以新台幣30萬元交保。

洪家委任律師邱顯智27日時表示，沈威志明知洪仲丘將送禁閉時身體質量指數（BMI值）高達33，遠超過標準值26，已達不能關禁閉標準；他痛批，如果沒有沈威志的核准，洪仲丘就不會從542旅被送到楊梅296旅關禁閉，最後也不會被凌虐致死。

而關於洪仲丘死因到底為何？親自操刀解剖的法醫石台平也在27日晚間證實，「洪仲丘死因和意外毫無關係」絕對是「他殺」。他表示，所謂的「他為」就是指「他殺」（homicide），表示有第三者介入才導致死亡。
