日向菲國提供巡邏船　共同對抗中國

日本首相安倍表示，會盡快向菲律賓提供10艘海上巡視船，協助菲律賓強化海上警備力量。安倍同時表示，支持菲律賓就中菲南海主權爭議，告到國際法庭。

日菲兩國2年前，開始海上安保領域的合作，一批菲律賓海岸警衛隊隊員在日本受訓。日本並計劃向菲律賓提供1000噸級或以下的日本海上保安廳二手巡邏船共10艘。

日本期望協助菲律賓建設一支能與中國抗衡的海上警備力量，保持日本在南海的影響力。

另外，安倍在會談中又表示，希望通過協助菲律賓的基礎設施建設，讓日本企業獲得菲律賓市場。
