標題[心得] 新一紫光送修心得

我的新一是在七月初在某通訊行購入 在7/17時看了版上的紫光實驗方法嘗試 有紫光的情況 於是 7/18 聯絡客服(上午) 回答得讓我很火大... 下午 再打一通 簡單了問了幾個問題就問我資料隔天收件 7/19 收走 7/23 收到 (更換新機) 實驗完 無紫光的情況 但是看到上面的縫有點大 當天早上就寫信給客服 當天晚上就收到客服的電話 說是隔天收件 7/24收走 7/26 收到 更換新機 這隻外觀就沒甚麼大問題 也沒紫光 而且 電源鍵比原本那兩隻稍微突出一點 我覺得這樣比較好按.. 原本的覺得有些太扁了 結論 雖然維修了兩次,也遇到很鳥的客服一次 但是在維修的品質的方面,還算是令我滿意 而且第2次送修客服的小姐聲音真好聽阿!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.234.221
