店名:楊記脆皮臭豆腐 日期:201307 地址:嘉義縣民雄鄉和平路43-1號(民雄車站附近) 營業時間:15:00~22:00(周二公休) 電話:0928377192 每人平均價位: 45 頻率:民雄臭豆腐首選 停車:機車易汽車難 無音樂圖文版:http://ppt.cc/qqAH 脆皮臭豆腐NT45，一份有六塊 臭豆腐中間都會挖一個洞，洞中間有塞了蒜泥，外帶醬汁店家會 先加入並沒有另外包，辣的部分店家則會詢問，因為先加了醬 汁所以我回到家的時候下半部都已經吸飽了醬，醬本身帶點甜味， 辣的部分也沒有甚麼特殊的香氣或是驚人的辣度，泡菜的部分口味 偏淡，淺淺的酸，臭豆腐真的脆，但是不會過酥像餅乾那樣一咬 就碎，香(?!)氣也夠，加上醬汁緊緊吸附在下半部這種組合想不 好吃都難。 [後記] 來民雄楊記臭豆腐，被推薦真的很正常，價格公道又好吃，相信就 算去其他地區應該也是可以占有一席之地，店家還有賣麵線，改天 可以找機會試試。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.239.190
