標題[請問] 收到"去年3月"違規罰單可以申訴嗎?

各位好 昨天 我居然收到 去年1月 的超速罰單 那是在另外一間公司開租賃車的時候 雖然超速是我不對 (未滿20KM 限速110 測得120) 但是間隔這麼久 自己也都不太記得了 奇毛子不是很好... 有打電話過去詢問 台北區監理所表示他們最近搬家清出很多罰單 所以近期都會補寄.....所以我想應該很多人跟我一樣的情形 請問這種情形是否有申訴or行政訴願呢? 新工作還不到一個月就已經在缺錢繳房租了 還來這麼一張罰單....Q_Q -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.182.38 ※ 編輯: chwa 來自: 118.163.182.38 (07/26 11:36)
