郭台銘籲兩岸速成立仲裁機構解決企業糾紛

【財經中心／台北報導】鴻海（2317）董事長郭台銘今天出席兩岸企業家峰會首屆會員大會，他認為兩岸應該設立公正、客觀、透明及專業的仲裁機構，為兩岸之間的產業與科技合作打好基礎。

面對各方關切的兩岸智慧財產權及投資保障問題，郭台銘說，兩岸投保協議對私人保障不夠強化，而台灣企業的智財權問題都在科技產業。他以自己投資夏普10代廠為例，「投資不代表可擁有他們的智財權，這是分開的」。

郭台銘指出，企業之間的紛爭，多半是在智財權保護問題，倘若發生糾紛，政府也不便介入，因此必須有協調仲裁的機制，這個機制一定要具備公正、客觀、獨立、專業的平台，才能保護台灣的科技業。
