洪慈庸：軍方別把家屬當白癡

洪案爆發第廿一天，家屬不再對軍方的辦案狀況做任何回應，只希望真相趕緊出爐，也希望八月四日是最後期限，否則不排除有進一步的動作。

軍方把家屬當白癡，洪慈庸說，當時弟弟已經發燒到四十四度了，對於醫院可能也無力回天，整體責任歸咎應該是在軍方，但軍方卻蓄意把這件事推給醫院疏失，家屬非常不能諒解，「不要把家屬當成白癡」，希望軍方不要再透過任何方式模糊案情焦點。

軍方自己打死的人要自管，但是家屬怎麼知道怎麼管？洪慈庸氣憤說，目前總統府、行政院、國防部已經沒有人可以幫家屬發生了，這也讓家屬目前很無助，也不知道找誰來申冤，會轉向請立法院幫忙。
