標題[問題] 新人休假錯了嗎？

昨天是上班的第二天 因為是第一份工作　加上公司還沒有清出我的位置(也就是沒有電腦用) 身為助理 我都還只能待在直屬上司旁邊 邊看邊學習 或是作一些小工作 上司算是很有耐心又很溫柔的人 所以工作都還算順利 但真的有太多東西要學習 所以也有點緊張 公司月休七天 是自己排休的制度 上司跟我說 這幾天如果他休假我還去上班 大概也會不知道要幹嘛 所以要我跟著他排休 我當然也就說好 今天休假在家跟朋友聊天 結果被朋友唸了幾句 "這陣子有這樣的機會得話 還是去公司待著比較好吧？" (驚) 之後又補了這句"至少認識一下環境 在那邊東摸摸西摸摸 了解一下公司狀況" 我到底為什麼要這樣做? 是我想得太天真了嗎？ 朋友還說我太放鬆　人家說休假就休假　 都不懂得多學習 啊上司不在是要學什麼？ 其他人也沒有帶我跟教我的義務阿？待在辦公室發呆不會被嫌煩嗎？ 　 被朋友這樣講之後 我整個都愣住了 新人休假去公司是義務？ 一個月也就領那些錢 因為我是新人所以我不該休假嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.182.137
