戶政跨縣市，朱立倫：宜擴大項目

內政部宣布8月起，全國各縣市試辦跨鄉鎮市區及離島初、補領身分證；新北市長朱立倫23日在市政會議表示，這次已跨進一大步，無論中央、地方一起來，或地方先行、中央再執行，都是便民利民，他都樂見；他也說，「希望中央能擴大項目、加快速度」，早日讓戶地政等業務在全國同步實施。
