台南下大雨　小東地下道積水1個輪胎高

【劉榮輝／台南報導】台南市區晚上8時下了一場大雨，位於東區和北區交界的小東地下道，因抽水馬達未啟動，瞬間大雨造成積水達1個輪胎高，交通嚴重堵塞。
 
雨勢停歇後，積水仍未消退，為免車輛貿然進入拋錨，警方在前鋒路與北門路警戒，但有不少車輛進入地下道後，因不敢冒險涉水通過，只好在地下道內倒車迴轉，再逆向轉入機車道，景況是險象環生。
 
市府工務局人員在積水1小時後，才抵達現場啟動抽水馬達抽水，積水在3分鐘內就消退，雙向車道才恢復順暢。
