幫表妹上來詢問一下大家的意見~ 最近她錄取一家公司的行政人員（台北的某工會） 面試官說第一個月以時薪計算，約120~150元，加班就以時薪計算 時薪計算時沒有正職員工福利與勞健保 試用期三個月 轉月薪後是23~25k，加班過八點有誤餐費一百元 這間公司是週休二日，照政府規定補假放假 面試時問到：那薪水不論時薪或月薪不能確定是多少嗎？ 面試官答說沒辦法知道，要領到薪水才知道！ 不曉得這樣公司可以去嗎？ 個人是覺得面試還不能知道確定的薪水蠻奇怪的，而且那間公司好像是專門幫忙保＆退勞健保的，怎麼會自家公司第一個月沒有呢？（汗） -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.43.147.95
