疾管局：北部有新生兒感染伊科30型腸病毒重症

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】疾管局今公布新增2腸病毒重症個案，其中一例感染伊科30型腸病毒的北部男嬰，是國內2001年以來的第3例。疾管局說，該男嬰出生4天後出生發燒、活動力降低、敗血、內出血等症狀，目前仍在醫院救治中。

疾管局表示，該男嬰的母親雖有發燒，但腸病毒檢測為陰性；與該男嬰接觸的8名工作人員及同房的4名其他新生兒也皆為陰性，推測應該是探視的家屬、親友傳染。伊科30型腸病毒過去較少出現在新生兒感染，上次發生為2001年有一對新生雙胞胎感染，最後1人死亡、1人康復。

另一例腸病毒重症為居住在北部的5歲大男童，7月上旬出現手足口病、發燒等症狀，即時就診後已經康復出院。
