避免洪仲丘案重演 民進黨團成立「軍中人權保障小組」

【黃揚明／台北報導】為避免陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案悲劇重演，民進黨立院黨團下午無異議通過成立「軍中人權調查與立法保障小組」。提案綠委李應元說，除希望讓受不當管教或凌虐的官兵能有申訴求救管道，未來也將研擬修正《陸海空軍懲罰法》，要求軍中關禁閉、悔過等限制人身自由的懲罰，均需經過軍事法院審理才能執行。

民進黨團書記長吳秉叡表示，該小組將由黨籍立委中具有律師、法官身份的他、吳宜臻、尤美女、高志鵬及劉櫂豪以及李應元等人共同召集，並歡迎對此議題有興趣的委員一同加入。
