標題[請問] 租房子如何跟對方殺價

如題 小弟近日要去台中工作 希望有個流理台+小料理台的套房 上591看了看 比自己的房租預算高了兩三千左右 對方是代理人不需服務費 不知道怎麼樣才能達到我的目的而不會被趕出來.. 請教各版友 該怎麼樣和對方議價會比較好呢 聽說代理人的預算下限都只給殺一千塊 是真的嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.184.52
