「賭早死」詐保　中檢起訴6嫌

【許淑惠／台中報導】以楊姓男子(46歲)為首的詐保集團，涉嫌以製造假車假或「投資」身體欠佳的吸毒、酗酒者，提供高梁酒供無限暢飲，賭他們會早死可詐領保險金。6年前，楊男假裝車禍被撞詐領240萬元得逞，3年前再以同居人身份「投資」林姓吸毒女，投保3月，林女死亡，詐得250萬元。
 
去年，楊男鼓吹陳女「投資」林姓酗酒遊民，擔任林男的同居人，天天供他喝高梁酒，4個月後，遊民喝酒暴斃，楊、陳委託律師聲請相驗證明書要詐領500萬保金，因檢察官起疑著手調查，而發現詐保內情。台中地檢署以詐欺、偽造文書等罪將6人起訴。
