帶陸人登艦 鈕承澤20萬交保

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄16日電）高雄地檢署今天傳訊導演鈕承澤及11名證人，檢察官歷經3小時庭訊，諭令鈕承澤新台幣20萬元交保，其餘請回。

鈕承澤為籌拍新片「軍中樂園」，6月初違法帶中國大陸籍攝影師曹郁進入左營海軍軍港登上軍艦勘景，被海軍依違反「要塞堡壘地帶法」移送高雄地檢署偵辦。

雄檢上午以被告身分傳喚鈕承澤到案說明，另以證人身分傳喚11名海軍人員到案；鈕承澤上午戴著墨鏡，一身白T報到，面對媒體他低調苦笑說「你要我說什麼呢？配合司法吧。」

檢察官歷經3小時餘偵訊，諭令鈕承澤20萬元交保，其餘11名證人請回。

檢方指出，鈕承澤當庭坦承冒名帶曹郁進左營軍港勘景，他並為此道歉。1020716
