【綜合報導】役男洪仲丘死亡案，最高軍事檢察署表示，已向法院聲押542旅副旅長。

民主進步黨籍立委陳亭妃上午在立法院召開記者會，國防部最高軍事檢察署檢察長曹金生少將等出席。

曹金生上午在記者會證實，已向法院聲押542旅副旅長，法院將開羈押庭。
