基隆路整宅B基地更新案今通過都更審議 由5層樓變31層樓

【許麗珍／台北報導】北市共有22處老舊整宅，其中位於世貿對面的基隆路整宅B基地更新案，因地段精華，頗受矚目，都發局今表示，經多年整合，今都更審議通過該案，預計後年9月動工，2018年底完工。更新前為5層樓老舊建築共104戶，更新後將興建為31層樓商辦混合大樓、共173戶。
 
都更處表示，基隆路基地B更新案，更新前每戶僅8至24坪不等，且產權複雜未清，公共設施不足，更新後最小坪數為25至30坪，最大坪數為85至90戶，預估更新後周圍房價看好。
