洪仲丘死亡案，高華柱鞠躬道歉

【政治中心／台北報導】陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘於禁閉室死亡，國防部長高華柱晚上在記者會上向洪的家屬、同學及社會大眾鞠躬道歉。高說，雖經法醫認定洪的死亡原因確定是熱衰竭、中暑導致死亡，但不代表國防部沒有法律行政責任。
 
高華柱說，國軍雖三申五令，但仍發生遺憾的事情，各級幹部要負起責任，他個人更要深切檢討。高也坦言，行政調查發現洪仲丘死亡案確有問題、瑕疵，將做行政懲處，繼續調查責任，由軍檢單位還原真相，軍方會秉持毋枉毋縱、追求真相原則，深痛檢討。
