蘇力輕掃金門　降雨上百釐米多處積水

【王中聖/金門報導】蘇力颱風離開台灣本島後路徑持續偏北，上午暴風圈邊緣輕輕掃過金門，慶幸沒有帶來重大災情，但蘇力帶來的豐沛水量已讓金門湖庫進帳不少，據金門氣象站統計，至晚間7點為止，東半島就落下130毫米的雨量，導致部份路段出現積水。金門消防局表示，蘇力最大8級的陣風也導致發生許多路樹倒塌折斷的事故，一度造成金寧鄉大停電。
