最近跳槽，有兩個OFFER想請各位先進能給小弟一點建議 1.建設公司(建築工程業) 2.工程公司(土木工程業) 待遇: 40K(工程師) 45K~50K(工地主任) 工作內容: 執行新建案機水電整合監工 投標、成本估算、監工 建築機電設備維護、抄表 協調業主及包商時程、套繪圖 協調包商工作時程及套繪圖 重視時程和交際 較重系統、工序和時程 福利: 員工旅遊(國外，三年以上全額) 節日獎金、紅利 年終(100K以上) 健檢 午餐 工時: 隔週休二日、晚上無加班 免打卡、直接壓力來自於業主 半責任制 責任制 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.168.81
