【短片】「整條馬路變河流」　網友心驚PO網

蘇力颱風今天清晨登陸，在各地帶來災情，苗栗縣多處傳出淹水災情，其中竹南鎮大厝里的網友從高處拍下淹水實況，直擊「整條馬路變河流」，直呼好難過。

影片中只見馬路、稻田全變成汪洋一片，水夾雜黃泥沙將馬路全淹沒，還伴隨轟隆隆的風聲，網友將此景拍下PO網。
