土石流紅色警戒525條

中央災害應變中心今(13)日下午發布蘇力颱風第7次工作會議結果，至下午2時為止，全台有土石流紅色警戒525條、黃色警戒591條。
中央災變中心說，雖然台灣已脫離暴風圈，但山區仍有大豪雨發生機率，內政部將督促地方政府在今天入夜前，進行預防性疏散撤離，若是紅色警戒區域，則強制執行疏散撤離，並需要提防坡地災害發生。
目前發布的土石流紅色警戒共525條，分布8縣市，包含桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、台中市、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、高雄市。
土石流黃色警戒共591條，分布14縣包含宜蘭縣、台北市、新北市、桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、台中市、南投縣、彰化縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、臺南市、高雄市、花蓮縣。
目前停電戶數121,679戶，預計今日23時全部修復，停水戶數27,250戶，在復電後，逐步恢復供水。
農業損失初估約6,400萬元，集中在農作物，受災縣市分別為宜蘭縣、新竹縣、台中市、台東縣、彰化縣。
交通方面，現仍有19處預警性封路，13處道路阻斷。台鐵表示，西部幹線因苗栗地區大雨，導致電車線無法通電，造成路基流失，山線中斷行駛，復原時間未定，正在搶修中。四城－礁溪站間，因電車線只有單邊供電，因此目前單線運轉。貢寮－大里區間一度因為路樹倒塌而暫停行駛，現已恢復雙邊通車。高鐵則表示，因颱風過後，天雨路滑，下午三點到六點，二十分鐘一班車，預計晚間八點以後可望恢復正常。
