標題[問題] 日薪不好的點是？

今天到新公司報到 才知道竟然是日薪算法 國定假日沒錢 但平常是30*800底薪 加一些津貼 感覺整個免洗筷的樣子？ 日薪還有什麼不好的點嗎？ 感覺應該早點閃人…日薪該閃嗎？？謝謝各位 -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.83.132.7

推 nooin:你回推時薪就知道問題在哪了..22K/176Hr = 125 07/11 12:47

→ nooin:你看你每天工作幾個小時 30x800 = 24K/240Hr = 100 07/11 12:48

→ nooin:每天以八小時計算的話，你的薪水就比22K少了25% .. 07/11 12:49
